🚪户型特色：open-layout kitchen 开放式厨房

这部分我讲的是：

👉 “I like to entertain while I cook, so an open kitchen would let me chat with friends while prepping food.”

✅ entertain while cooking = 一边做饭一边社交，超北美的生活方式！

📚Home office 也是必不可少！

现在 remote work/work from home 盛行，home office 几乎是标配：

👉 “Nothing too fancy — just a quiet corner with good lighting and maybe a standing desk. ”
